What Christian Hospitality Means
At Deep Creek Meadows Ranch, we believe hospitality is more than service or a business transaction, it is a ministry and an opportunity to demonstrate the love of Christ to every guest and client. Christian hospitality is an expression of service rooted in biblical principles, striving to be gracious, kind, compassionate, truthful, and Christ-honoring in everything we do.
As a family of faith, we strive to operate as images of Christ, being a welcomed friend to anyone in need. Our goal is to share the little piece of God’s creation with those who want to celebrate their special day, curate a unique event, or host their very own photo/video shoot. Being blessed with the land God has given us, we want to extend a branch to those looking to experience God’s creation in a new light.
It is our prayer that every guest experiences God’s abundance mercy and they “…know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God” (Ephesians 3:19). When our guests leave, we want them to know they are loved not only by us, but by the God of all creation. Our desire is for our guests to fully understand their worth in Christ and the all-encompassing joy and love of our Savior.

Our faith is integral to our business, shaping every aspect of how we operate our ranch. For this reason, Christian Hospitality is one of the main pillars of our business. As mentioned in Hebrews 13:2, “Do not neglect to show hospitality to strangers, for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.” We want every guest to feel the hospitality Christ would have given them when they visit Deep Creek Meadows Ranch.
As a Christian-owned business, our belief in God influences our vision for the ranch and how we steward it for His glory. We strive to ensure that God’s beauty is seen through His creation. It is our hope that when our guests enjoy their time surrounded by the mountains they cannot help but praise God for His faithfulness.
Ultimately, Christian hospitality is a ministry where we get to share the love of Christ, working to fulfill the Great Commission in our own unique way. “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age” (Matthew 28:19-20).
Statement of Faith
The core biblical truths that guide our family and this business are derived from the Fruits of the Spirit. They encompass several key biblical characteristics that all Christians begin to experience once they place their faith in Jesus. They are as follows:

We want our business to be Spirit-led, not abiding by earthly principles, but focusing on the goodness of God. In all circumstances, we attempt to communicate our convictions with transparency, allowing all clients to fully understand who we are not only as a ranch, but as a family, seeking to glorify God in all that we do.
Stewardship & Service
Operating in one of the most beautiful locations in the entire world, we are undone by the blessings God has entrusted us with. For this reason, we believe God has placed it on our hearts to not only steward the land, but guard it. In our efforts to steward God’s blessing, we look toward stewardship in the light of two separate responsibilities. First, we want to maintain the land through natural upkeep, reducing our footprint, allowing God’s glory to shine through. Second, we want to serve our guests to the best of our ability, in kindness and respect, seeking to display God’s gentleness and mercy wherever possible.
It is our prayer that our business leaves a legacy for future generations to not only see all that God has done and is capable of doing, but to provide a place where welcomed guests experience who God is for the first time. We hope that this God-given blessing continues to bless new people for generations to come. “Now to him who is able to keep you from stumbling and to present you blameless before the presence of his glory with great joy, to the only God, our Savior, through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory, majesty, dominion, and authority, before all time and now and forever. Amen” (Jude 24-25).
Marriage Philosophy
We believe that marriage is more than a celebration, it is a sacred covenant established by God from the beginning of creation. Scripture teaches that marriage is a lifelong union between one man and one woman, designed to reflect Christ’s faithful love for His Church. Foundational to our faith, this conviction shapes the way we steward this ranch and the weddings and events we choose to host.
Deep Creek Meadows Ranch exists first and foremost to honor God. As stewards of the land He has entrusted to our family, we desire for every wedding held here to reflect the beauty, commitment, and covenant of biblical marriage. We believe every person is created in the image of God and is worthy of genuine kindness, dignity, and respect. It is our sincere desire to remain faithful to what we believe Scripture teaches. For this reason, we are committed to treating every person who contacts us with honesty, compassion, and Christ-like hospitality.
