Deep Creek Meadows Ranch is more than a wedding venue. We welcome church retreats, ministry gatherings, family reunions, educational workshops, nonprofit events, corporate retreats, concerts, and other private gatherings that foster meaningful connection and align with our values.
Sometimes the best conversations happen away from the distractions of everyday life. Surrounded by Montana’s breathtaking scenery, our ranch provides a peaceful setting where people can rest, celebrate, learn, worship, and spend meaningful time together.

For typical events, our pricing is as follows:
- Up to 25 Guests - $750
- Up to 50 Guests - $1,500
- Up to 100 Guests - $2,500
- Over 100 Guests - Custom Quote
Please note — Special Event pricing applies to gatherings that do not include a wedding ceremony, reception, or marriage celebration. Wedding-related events are subject to our Wedding Packages. Additionally, depending on the special event, pricing may be subject to change based on amount of cleanup, time for set up, and the scope of event.
